Just shooooooot.

We were too afraid to shoot, such a frustrating game to watch. With Adebayor squandering half the chances and Eboue whose shot at goal, albeit on target, he shoots like a sissy. A bunch of senior players obviously passengers in the game. What was Gilbs doing maaaaaaaaan? gets the ball and pass? heh. not just any pass, his passes were always either too long or too short, thus his team mates had take the extra effort retrieving the ball, tracking back and recovering their balance.

Despite the draw and inability to be clinical.
Fabregas is always a joyyyyyy to watch (footballing et physical), he seems to zip around faster and he looks beefed up enough to compete in terms of physical challenges. Fabregas wooooooo ahhhhhhh!
Walcott looks great on his debut, quite an impact from a 17 year old kid. Started out on a right note, wih an assist of a cross (cushioned by RVP's slight head) to the edge of the goal mouth.

Such talent.

I even forgot to eat my ice cream during the game.

On another note,
I had a quiet birthday, spent the sunday lazing around at home. And further lazing around at Yanni's, DVDs and more DVDs. Thank you for the cab fare, you know how my heart bleeds when I need to take a cab but let's not make this a habit lah hor.

I finally had my hands on the remaining Ouran High School Host Club Manga. Many2 thanks again to Yanni & Azmi * satisfied grins*, the best part of requesting your own present, is you relish the present so much that you can't wait to be home to devour it. I ended up reading it in the cab, with my handphone backlight.

But I'm short of vol.2, who shall do the honour? tsk tsk shameless.

Have a better Monday ya.

*I know mine would be horrible, cause the bitch grand dame just ask me to do the impossible* *sigh*

Milo & Horlicks.

It is unbearable :/..... 30 hrs and 26mins to go.

I got 2 cakes this year.

Milo and Horlicks flavoured & Vanilla & Chocolate flavoured.

Psssst.... it's ice cream cake!!!!!!!!!!!

What can be more blissful than watching 11 of your favourite men running after a ball and scoring a handful goals whilst enjoying good foooooood?

34 hrs and 43 mins... counting

This year, I'll get a fitting present of watching Arsenal a day before.
If they win, I can pretend that they win it for MEEEEEEEEEEEE!!
I can write a letter to Fabregas thanking him for scoring that fantastic goal and insert my Patrick Starfish pose picture with caption "you make me feel like doing this whenever you score" *thank Kay for coming up with the caption*.

Let's not worry so much abt the outcome, cos I know I will enjoy myself watching my gunners (Flamini!) doing their thang, while savouring all sorts of ice cream. Yummeh!

Flying Start, ey?

Flying habis..

Stop that raving for winning 4-0 over Greece...
What's the point of it when the World Cup is overrrrrr. hahahaha

2 more days *dances*

Btw, something that makes me chuckle this morning,

"You want great shopping? Go to Singapore.
You want beautiful beaches? Go to Malaysia.
You want Buddhist temples? Go to Myanmar.
You want exotic hill tribes? Go to Laos.
You want untouched islands? Go to the Phillipines.
You want cheap pirated DVDs? Go to Vietnam.
You want drugs, guns, and child prostitutes? Go to Cambodia.
But for God's sake, don't go to Thailand. There's just no need."

Ironically, most people I know wants to make a trip up to Bangkok...
*shrugs* to each his own.

That pin point final pass.

~The 19-year-old Spaniard has now taken on the former skipper's number as well as his mantle at the centre of midfield.
Yet despite all the deserved plaudits, Fabregas is determined not to get carried away in the hype.
"Everything in my life has gone so quickly since I was 15 and I came here - sometimes you do not realise what you are achieving," he said.
"So this season it will be very important to calm down a little bit, to realise what I am doing - but also giving everything for the team because I think this team can do a lot of good things." ~

hah..media savvy for a 19 year old.

oh please make the weekend comes faster....

Plan Carefully.

Notch up my sensitivity meter.

I think I should STOP telling my mom or dad what I'm planning to buy.
I really should STOP excessive whining.

Yeay!
I'm only 1 book short of collecting the Ouran series (yeah Isz, way to go, count ur chicks before they hatch!), as of now lah, the series is still on going.

Will probably let myself go into hibernating period till end of the month although kakis are welcome to chill at my place.

I am going to paint my room next mth! I hope the colours I chose are not too girly/faggoty, cos it's gonna be in PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENK~!

heh.

Rectum flavoured.

I think it's best when we make sacrifices for ppl, we do it in a state of ikhlas. Otherwise we would be digging up dusty old favours and when they couldn't reciprocate. You'll end up harbouring that "how could you?" sad mentality.

And it's really hard NOT to get sad. And all this while, I thought I was being 'ikhlas' enough but apparently not.

I was half expecting that THEY could do the same for me, in fact much less than what I did for THEM. And all I hear is a very long "alaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh".

As much as I tried convincing myself not to rake up the past,
my mind went on overdrive picking out my past helps/favours and what nots.

I know this is bad and it only showcases my selfish self. Yeah in fact, I am no saint and I haven't reach the height of super selfless being yet. (but we all are working towards that... aren't we?)

And I came to a conclusion, after my incoherent ramblings.
That being NICE, aren't that great after all, as they say "Nice guys finish last" and so it applies to generous ppl too.

I'm so fed up being the rear-end receiver lah.

Disclaimer: No. I'm not ranting about donations here...

Isz taken for a ride.

I've just got back from buying some photo shoot props @ IMM.
Decided to meet up with Toots for dinner, as I was too tired/lazy to make the labourous walk down to Jurong East MRT. I decided to take a cab.

A whopping $8.10 to Yew Tee MRT station!

The last time I took a cab from IMM with kakak Yanni, it was $8.90 and it was to WOODLANDS.
During the ride, I noticed that cabbie purposely chooses routes that has loads of traffic lights and weaving his way in and out of Bukit Batok, Bkt Gombak and Choa Chu Kang. Can you believe it?

The blardey meter was at 4 freaking dollars and we are still somewhere in Jurong.

It was partly my fault for not stating which way I wanna go initially and I was too hungry to complain. My tum tum was rumbling and I wouldn't want a cabbie spewing vulgarities.

BUT

It was worth it.
Cos I get to meet Tooty and we had a lot of catching up to do.
Checking out her wedding preps and all. It was fun as always when we meet up.

The Small Peeps gets a called up for Project TBD. heh.

Reporting for mission, Ma'am!
