That's why we need Cesc.

No, not because of his eye candy quality but more because the moment he came on, he bring about the momentum and dictate play with his neat clean passing. I was fretting for the first half an hour as we looked like we never stamped our authority, there was no one who took care of the possesion, everything looked rushed.

For me, Cesc wins us the game and indirectly drew us too. I can only berate so much as why he never followed up to pressure Jenas allowing that wank to have a free shot. Not entirely his fault, but he could have DONE SOMETHING. I think we were defensively nonchalant during the injury time. Pumping balls to nowhere.

Last minute equalizers is a bitch.. down to the LAST SECOND plak tu. pfft.

I have it up to here with Lehmann's antics, petulance at that age is a shame really.

To sum it up.
This season is planned out so much so in a way a certain Manyoo will likely to win the league. I watched yesterday's game between Newcastle vs Chelski. Newcastle looks like they could get away with a bloody murder and yet 3 Chelski players got themselves booked. It is transparency of nauseating biasedness. And u could cringe at the ENGLISH commentators biasedness.

Oh noes!

Freddie is out. Maaaaan!
I hope Arsene keeps out Baptista. I'll have anyone playing in Freddie's place (even Senderos!).

Entwined.

The wait and the toiling has been well.. worth it.

Thursday night, we found (half?) of the small peeps meetup for Nor's Shooting Home showcase. As always, it's riot time. Hahahaha. We hogged her booth and had our own camwhore session.

Dearies, we should do this more often. And what happened to our next polymates meet up?...

I finally done with most things, that Friday night, I leave the office with a great sense of relief.
More good things appear to come.

Cesc finally scores, what felt like eternity before he took that shot. He took his time with composure and pick his spot. He went on to produce one of his inspirational display. Seems like Arsenal's luck has been coinciding with mine. I didn't expect much from this game, cos it's damn Bolton, but anything than a defeat is a good result.
A win with Cesc scoring is just BRILLIANT to say the least. Abou should have done better with the chances. Oh guys, please put on your scoring boots.

Found my 'Pete'

Been meaning to blog this down but never got around to find the para.

For Kay:

'You must meet my friend,' I am always being told. ' He's a big Arsenal fan.' And I meet the friend, and it turns out that, at best he looks up the Arsenal score in the paper on Sunday morning or, worst, he is unable to name a single player since Denis Compton. None of this blind dates ever worked; I was too demanding, and my partners simply weren't interested in commitment.

So I wasn't really expecting very much when I was introduced to Pete in the Seven Sisters Road before the Stoke game; but it was a perfect, life-changing match.
He was (and still is) as stupid as I am about it all - he has the same ludicrous memory, the same propensity to allow his life to be dominated for nine months of the year by fixture lists and TV schedules. He is gripped by the same stomach-fizzing fear before big games, and the same dreadful glooms after bad defeats. Interestingly, I think he has the same tendency to let his life drift along a little, like me, he has allowed Arsenal to fill in gaps that should have been occupied by something else, but then we all do that. - Fever Pitch, Nick Hornby

Another funny read

Anyway, that discussion is for another day. For now we just have to hope, pray, sacrifice animals and sell our souls to Satan for the goals we need. It’ll all be worth it in the end. Fiery damnation for all eternity or losing to the likes of Bolton and Sp*rs. There’s nothing to think about, is there? - Arseblog

HAHAHAHAHAHA! We need MIRACLES y'all.

Me and the Arsenal.

There is nothing much to say about our latest trashing, I think these problems have been addressed too many times. Let's leave it at that.

After a while, when losing seems to be quite a norm, we began to look for things that can replace the satisfaction of winning and reaffirm the reason why we are are still the Goon[dus]ers. i.e fangirling. hahahahahaha.

I HAD TO...re-read the Fever Pitch.

My mother has two cats, one called O'Leary and the other called Chippy, Liam Brady's nickname; the walls of her garage still bear the graffiti I chalked up there twenty years ago: 'RADFORD FOR ENGLAND!' ' CHARLIE GEORGE!' My sister Gill can still, when pushed, name most of the Double team.

Sometime in May 1986 Gill called me at the language school during the midmorning break. She was then working at the BBC, and the Corporation announces big news as it comes in over the tannoy for the benefit of all staff.

'George Graham,' she said, and I thanked her and put the phone down.

This is how things have always worked in my family. I feel bad Arsenal has intruded into their lives, too.

- Nick Hornby, Fever Pitch.

Likewise Nick, happens to mine too.
