Ingggggerrrrland.

They should stop overhyping themselves and do their work quietly.

I wanted them to go through to the finals, maybe crash out later in the semis or group stages to end the tirade on poor Mr. Wenger. With oooh thhe Greeaaaaat Ingerrrrland NOT able to qualify for the Euro finals now. Expect the new ruling of quotas on English players to be expedite. Well, hello to more mediocre English footballers. Can we take Theo out of the equation? cos I wouldn't want that boy to be part of false grandiose...

pfft. Why do I even care laaaah.

Here comes the foreigner debate. I wanted them to go through for selfish reasons:
a) put the foreign quota debate to bed (at least for a while)
b) to see them get hyped up again and then crash out on penalties against some latin quarters.
c) WAGS!

But then, the thought of seeing their dismal display and then go through via a late goal from Crouchy or some fluke deflected goal would not be something top on my list in the Euro08.

The irony of it all was that, last night's match was the most entertaining match I've seen in a while. The last would be between Ozzies and Croatia. I am liking the Croats already. Maybe it's because of sexy Slaven but let's not go there now.

I'd rather theooooo train with Cesc, Aleks and Robin, rather than um, Defoe, Bent and Hargreaves.

Maybe it's the Arsenal bias and whatnot but I do believe theooo would learn so much more than the bling society of Ingerlundddddd

P.S: To those jingoist bastards who boo-ed off Croatia national anthem last night, a big HA HA goes out for you.

Seriously, the England national team (bar Beckham's on the pitch endeavours and perhaps, Crouchy to some extent) exemplifies what is wrong with modern day football. Trophy wives, jewellery, fast cars and nothing else to account themselves for.

Sorry, a bit long.
